Mahalepi with AMALIA Maized Powdered Starch
|5 spoonfuls of Amalia maize powdered starch||5 glasses of warm water||1 glass of cold water|
dissolve the maize powdered starch in ? of the cold water.
Then, pour it in the warm water which is already on the fire.
Mix and stir until the mixture thickens. After, add the remaining cold water and continue to stir.
Divide the mixture into 6 small bowls and put them in the refrigerator to cool. The mahalepi is ready.
Can be served accompanied with Amalia's Rose Water or Flavored Water.BACK
