Gum Custard with Almond Cordial


6 glasses of fresh milk 7 spoons of Amalia maize powdered starch 1 glass of Amalia almond cordial Some grinded gum
Some raw pistachio nuts for garniture




Step 1

pour the milk, almond cordial and maize powdered starch in a bowl and mix until the maize powdered starch dissolves.

Step 2

Heat and store the mixture until the custard thickens.

Step 3

Then, take the custard off the fire, add the grinded gum and continue to mix.

Step 4

When you finish, pour the custard into individual bowls or Pyrex and sprinkle the pistachio nuts on top as garniture.

Extra Tips:

 It can be served warm or cold.
