Gum Custard with Almond Cordial
|6 glasses of fresh milk||7 spoons of Amalia maize powdered starch||1 glass of Amalia almond cordial||Some grinded gum|
|Some raw pistachio nuts for garniture|
pour the milk, almond cordial and maize powdered starch in a bowl and mix until the maize powdered starch dissolves.
Heat and store the mixture until the custard thickens.
Then, take the custard off the fire, add the grinded gum and continue to mix.
When you finish, pour the custard into individual bowls or Pyrex and sprinkle the pistachio nuts on top as garniture.
It can be served warm or cold.BACK
